QuickBooks 2011 could hardly be considered a major release, but it has a number of enhancements that could make the new version well worth the purchase price.
One of these improvements is BATCH INVOICING. Using this feature you can automatically generate invoices for the same service for multiple customers. This works by creating an invoice and then selecting all the customers you want to receive this invoice.
This is very effective for monthly billing for s specific class of customers such as rent or subscription invoicing.
If you have already upgraded to QuickBooks 2011 check out this feature. If you haven’t already upgraded perhaps this feature alone will make the purchase worthwhile.
